Hotel reservations and conference registrations:
The conference hotel for the conference is the Hampton Inn, 480 Hwy 425 North, Monticello, AR 71655.
To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly at (870) 367-6600, or book through the Hampton Inn site using APS in the “Group Code” field.
Group will be held until 02/23/2024. Guestrooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability.
Billing Instructions Room charges will be posted to individual room on credit card provided by guest Cancellation Policy.
To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax; notice must be received no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Conference Registration and Registration Fees
All faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students who are participating in the 51st Annual Meeting of the ArkPSA are required to register for the annual meeting and pay registration fees. Please click here to register for the conference.
The following registration fees cover the costs of the conference, including the Friday evening dinner and the Saturday luncheon. Please click on one of the links below to pay your registration fees online. If you wait to pay registration fees during the annual meeting on March 8-9, 2024, please keep in mind that we will not be able to accept cash. We will only be able to take credit cards (via PayPal) and checks. We will have both options available at the onsite registration table. Please see information below regarding registration fee waivers if you are not able to afford the conference registration fees.
Faculty Registration Fee – $135.00 (includes renewal of ArkPSA membership)
Graduate Student Registration Fee – $55.00
Undergraduate Student Registration Fee – $35.00
If one is included on the program, they will need to purchase a registration. This does not apply to presenters who have had to withdraw ahead of the conference.
We will not be able to accept cash. We will only take credit cards (via paypal) and checks. We will have both options available at on-site registration. Thank you in advance.
Waivers:
Applications for registration waivers are first come, first served, and are limited. Waiver requests need to be submitted to Dr. Chris Housenick at chousenick@atu.edu. Please have your application submitted no later than February 17, 2024.
