Conference Registration and Fees

All faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students who are participating in the 51st Annual Meeting of the ArkPSA are required to complete a two-step registration process in order to participate in the conference. 


The First Step is for all participants to complete the Google form linked below. This form will inform us about any technological requirements presenters will have for the conference, any dietary restrictions participants might have at meals, and other information essential for our conference planning.


The Second Step is for all participants to pay the appropriate conference registration fees. Registration fees cover the costs of the conference, including the Friday evening dinner and the Saturday luncheon.  Please click on the PayPal link below to pay your registration fees online.

Faculty Registration Fee – $135.00

Graduate Student Registration Fee – $55.00

Undergraduate Student Registration Fee – $35.00

(Note: We are using the ‘Donations’ function of PayPal to collect conference registration fees. This is the most efficient way to submit payments using the current iteration of the PayPal website and service.)

Payment by Check

If a conference participant wants to pay by check, they need to make it out to the appropriate amount listed above and mail it to:

All checks must be received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 5th in order to properly credit them to the participants who sent them in before the start of the conference.

On-Site Registration

If participants wait to pay their registration fees during the annual meeting on March 8-9, 2024, please keep in mind that ArkPSA will only be able to take credit cards (via PayPal) and will not be able to accept cash or checks on-site.  We will have PayPal payment QR codes and options available at the onsite registration table to make the process easier. 

Conference Fee Waivers:

Applications for conference registration waivers are first come, first served, and are limited. The Conference Fee Waiver Application must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Refunds

If a situation arises that a participant requires a refund, do not use the refund mechanisms of PayPal, but instead contact Chris Housenick directly at chousenick@atu.edu
