AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

ADOPTED SPRING 1995

SECTION 1.  The President shall appoint a Program Chair who will serve a one year term.

SECTION 7.  The Program Chair shall be responsible for preparing the professional program of the annual meetings of the Association.  A Committee on Local Arrangements may be appointed by the Program Chair to assist with preparations for the annual meeting.

SECTION 8.  An Association Trust and Development Fund shall be administered by the Executive Board.  The Association's Secretary-Treasurer shall review and report on the Association's investments and make recommendations for investment policy to the Board.  The Association Trust and Development fund shall consist of all funds assigned to it by the Executive Board.  The Treasurer shall publicly issue an official accounting of the Fund's receipts, investments, and expenditures.  The Board may, at its pleasure, assign any surpluses from the general operating funds to the Association Trust and Development Fund.  No appropriation shall be made from the Fund's capital except upon a majority vote of the Association's Executive Board.
